Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Domain Flock. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Domain Flock provides a dashboard for domain registration, DNS management, transfers and renewal monitoring across connected registrars. We may add, change or remove features over time as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, including by team members you invite.

3. Connected registrars

When you connect a registrar account, you authorize Domain Flock to read and, where you enable it, act on your domain and DNS records on your behalf, for example renewing a domain or applying a DNS change you've approved. You remain responsible for the actions you authorize.

4. Plans and billing

Domain Flock is free for up to 5 domains. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Domain Flock to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, or interfere with the security or operation of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Domain Flock monitors and alerts you about renewals and DNS changes, but you remain responsible for your domains and should not rely on it as your sole safeguard.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domain Flock is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including domains lost to expiry or transfer, arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Domain Flock after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
